Banjo Hangout is the web's premier source for all of your banjo needs. If it isn't here, or linked here you don't need it.Museum of Appalachia collections exhibit has a huge number of folk banjos as well as other instruments on display.
The Banjo Sightings Database states that its mission is to collect, document, and centralize information about the construction and development of the early banjo and to act as a reference tool and clearinghouse for information about the early banjo.
The Minstrel Banjo Forum is dedicated to all aspects pertaining to the Minstrel Banjo. Construction, performance, and assorted information of all types is available here.
